His eyes look crossed - I have that problem with several of my characters. Experiment with side-side and xTran (go easy on the xTran) if it's not intentional.
(I know of one case where somebody fixed a character's crossed eyes, and several commenters said she had looked SO cute before! She was a pinup though. A deadly agent probably should not have crossed eyes...)
